Hi @jammer

The team have let me know that you've deleted your rounds from your Clippd account which is great. The next time you play and record your round on Arccos, hit "refresh data" from the "+" menu in Clippd (guide here) and we will connect to Arccos and simply bring back the new round(s) which will then feed your Shot Quality and Player Quality numbers.

Hi @nathanhagler, thank you for reaching out!

Whilst we don't have Clippd in the Appstore yet, we have built it so that you can have an App like experience on your phone/tablet. When you access Clippd from Safari on your mobile you will see a prompt to "save to home screen". This essentially installs the App on your home screen and then once you login, it behaves like other Apps on your phone.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if there is a function on the app for a situation where you have to call a penalty on yourself? I accidentally moved sand on my backswing while on a downhill slope in the bunker. I hit the bunker shot close and got up and down, but incurred the 2 stroke penalty. I was unsure of how to put this through the system and I didn’t want to change the “end lie” to penalty or out of bounds because that would change my stats for around the green. Just wondering if you could help with this?

Hi @cogswellnath, I've spoken with the team and this has caused a great conversation (and head scratching!!!). At the moment there isn't the functionality within the platform to do it without affecting the Shot Quality for the eventual bunker shot but it's certainly something we're now considering.

For the time being I'd suggest entering the data as if there was no penalty but it may be worth adding a note to that round so you A) know for the future and B) can edit when we have a solution.
