Clippd was not updating my arccos round so I deleted it from the app but now clippd is saying no new activities. Please help!

Sorry to here you hit some trouble! Glad to say the team have recovered the deleted round and you should be able to see it in your Clippd account.

Hi Josh,
Can you help please. My Arccos round had some errors in the round. I updated Arccos but the updates were not coming through to Clippd. I have now deleted the round in Clippd in an attempt to reload the round but cant seem to get the round back. Can you advise how to get a deleted round back?

If you let me know the name of the course you played and the date of the round I will speak to the team here. We should be able to get the round back for you no problem!

Hi Josh
Played The Richmond Golf Club on Wednesday 23rd October. The round is in Arccos so can reimport it I would expect if the team can remove it from the backend.

The round should now be back and showing in your Clippd account. If you need to edit an Arccos round again, once you've corrected the edits in Arccos tap 'Add Activity' and then tap ' Refresh Arccos and GolfStatLab Data'
