UPDATE - this is now solved but if you have any similar problems, do let us know!
We understand that a few of our subscribers are having issues logging into Clippd and Clippd Capture following our release this week. Whilst the team are working towards fixing this, please follow the below instructions.
If accessing Clippd or Clippd Capture via mobile/tablet:
On your device, swipe up to see your open apps. Then swipe up on Clippd and Clippd Capture. You can then re-launch the app.
If accessing Clippd via desktop/web browser:
On Apple - Command + Shift + R
On PC - Control + Shift + R
Both of these instructions are carrying out a 'hard refresh' which will enable you to log into both Clippd and Clippd Capture.
