If you're trying to edit a round directly in Clippd it will look like the below after you have tapped the three dots and scrolled down. This isn't where you edit the shots for a Clippd Capture round. Simply round conditions and adding any media you want.
The below is the correct screen. This is what you'll see when you go onto Clippd Capture (where you entered the round details) and tap the three dots then scroll down. From here you can edit the shots in your round as per the guide at the top of this thread.
When you're editing the rounds, you can change the shot intention for the 3rd shot on the par 5 to layup if you weren't able to reach the green or if you couldn't get to the green because of the previous shot, select recovery. You may also decide that your 2nd shot was a recovery shot also. Once you've edited and saved the round it will pull through to you Clippd account and alter your Shot Quality scores.
