Hey Josh and the Clippd team,

I've noticed one small bug (maybe?) that I'd like to ask about. I tend to do a good job of cleaning up all of my rounds in Arccos before I upload it to Clippd, but on occasion I miss something and need to make a change back in Arccos. If I do that the data isn't updated on Clippd and it tells me so ("there is no new course data to upload" or something like that). So I've resorted to deleting the round in Clippd and re-uploading to Clippd, and that has been hit and miss. This latest time the round isn't recognized at all. I've had it take up to 24 hours before (and several tries at refreshing) it will see the new data.

Any help or tips I can try?

Thanks for posting! Sorry for the issues faced. I've just raised this with the team who will get back to me with a solution.

Firstly, you're absolutely doing the right thing in making sure your rounds are 'clean' in Arccos before pulling them into Clippd.

If you notice erroneous data from an Arccos round, don't delete it in Clippd. Simply head back to Arccos and amend the incorrect data. Once you have done this and it's saved in Arccos, go to Clippd, find the edited round and click the three dots then edit. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see Refresh shots from data source. Tick this box and then Save Activity. The amended, now correct data, will pull through from Arccos into your Clippd account.

@Josh thank you so much for the information. I'll definitely do that in the future. Is there anyway to get this 'lost' round back into Clippd. I've tried a few times since my initial post and still have had no luck. I'm just getting the "there are no new activities to load" message.

There is a way but the team here need to do it in our system which I'm pleased to say they've already done for you!

Can I just confirm that it is a round you need to have recovered?

If so, could you let me know the course it was played on and the date you played and I will speak with the team here.
