Here's a guide on how to connect Arccos with Clippd. Please make sure to check the data in Arccos is correct before you upload rounds to Clippd. If you do need to edit the data please do this in Arccos and then 'Refresh from data source in Clippd'. Here's our guide on how to do this.

NOTE: When you connect to Arccos for the first time, please make sure it's your Arccos email and password being used to login and not your Clippd one.

*Note: Once you have finished a round on Arccos, make sure you choose to publish your round and not have as private. If your round is private you can change it afterwards.

Hi, my Arccos rounds appear to be importing with the wrong tees and therefore the wrong par. When I use the White tees, my round is imported as White(F) instead of White(M) and therefore give the par of 70 instead of 66.

When I use the yellow tees these appear to import correctly using the Yellow(M).

The White tees are never used by the ladies at Whiteleaf and there do appear to be lots of duplicate tee sets in Clippd.

I have fixed a few manually, but it does mean all my historic rounds on the white tees are incorrect.

We have updated all the rounds to the white male tees that were wrongly selected as white female tees on the same course and corrected the course par from 70 to 66 for the same and the correct course ratings.


Now all your rounds from "Whiteleaf GC, Buckinghamshire" have been updated and you can see in your activities section updated player quality, shots quality, round insights, etc.

Need help importing data from Arccos please.
I am able to connect with Arccos, I receive the message that data is importing, then I receive a message that there is no new data to import.
This is my first time trying to integrate data and have over 20 rounds to import. The rounds in arccos are all set to "publish data".

Have spoken with the team here now. Unfortunately, we can't see any of the Arccos rounds in our system which usually means the round in Arccos are not public although I know you've mentioned they are. Can I check whether you have two Arccos accounts as one may have no data in it?

Equally, if you can, send me some screenshots of what you're seeing both in Arccos and Clippd and I can pass onto the team. The email to send through is support@clippd.io.
