Hi everyone,

Below is a quick explainer on how to view your subscription details and how to upgrade or cancel your subscription.

1. On desktop click on the drop down arrow next to you avatar in the top right. On mobile click on 'Menu' in the bottom right.
2. Click on 'Settings'.
3. Click on 'Subscription'.
4. You will then be able to see your current plan and how many referrals you've made as well as upgrading or cancelling your subscription.

• Players Subscription plan

the cancel subscription button does not work.

Hi @mjaquaro the reason you are not seeing anything different after clicking cancel is because you are on an opt-in free trial where you do not enter any payment details until the end of your trial period, as such I can confirm you will not be charged.

If you wish to re subscribe after your trial has ended, you can do so at any time by just logging into Clippd where you will see the subscription screens once again.
