First thing to remember is any changes to Arccos data need to be made in Arccos.

Once you have made corrections, follow the below steps to 'Refresh Shots From Data Source' and make sure your data is correctly showing in Clippd.

How to upload Arccos rounds

Hi Josh, is there any way to add enhanced shot data to a round imported from Arccos?

At the moment there isn't the ability to add enhanced data from an Arccos round. This is primarily because we don't get that data from Arccos. However, we are getting more users ask if it's possible and therefore we're looking at how we can add the Enhanced data functionality for all of our data integrations including Arccos.

Hey Josh,
So my most recent round in Arccos had all sorts of gitches and errors. I edited my round on Arccos and deleted my round on Clippd, since it didn't seem to update properly. Now, when I "refresh Arccos data" the most round I edited it not integrating in Clippd. Is there something else I can try? Thanks!

We have retrieved both of your deleted Arccos rounds that you were trying to edit. You can view it on your Activities section. If you need to do this again, just edit in Arccos and then click 'refresh Arccos data', it will update the data in Clippd accordingly for that round.
